Historically we have worked for both Blenheim and Pye Homes so when Pye were awarded the contractor to build out Blenheim’s Woodstock East proposal (designed by Adams Architects) we were appointed to help them with the apartments. Our role was to take Adams architects Planning drawing for 70 apartments set within 17 different blocks (each with a different historical style), rationalise the internal layouts, and provide working drawings to Pye Homes.

The scheme is well underway on site with the majority of our buildings just breaking ground, but one apartment block is finished and another nearing completion. The majority of the units are set around the main plaza and also contain ground floor retail/commercial units creating a mix of uses on the site.
