Bletchingdon School
In 2012 CHP won a small design competition set by Bletchingdon Foundation to design a contemporary School building set amongst traditional housing – the two styles complement each other well.

Waterbrook View is a five dwelling development, three new buildings and the conversion of a period building into two dwellings with contemporary extensions taking advantage of the views over the river Glyme and of Blenheim’s Woodstock Gate

Eco Scheme consisting of a new three storey sixth form teaching block, built using modern construction methods and heated using a ground source heat pump.

Highworth Co-op and Library
A comprehensive redevelopment of a large site in Highworth to provide a 10,000 sqft supermarket with Staff, Admin and warehouse facilities and a new 6000 sqft Public Library.
